hiyeom!(:

here’s an outfit i wore a few days ago! i love this romper because it’s silky and it’s like wearing pajamas (without the weird looks, lol) and IT HAS CATS. which are pretty darn cute.

hiyeom! (:

i wore this to work today because it’s so summer-y and such and keeps me warm in the office.

ps. sorry, i just realized that my chictopia blog is ahead of this. -__- (i need a better job of updating both, but i just always get distracted by my dashboard. sorry!)

hiyeom! (:

ahh, my inability to wear cute summery dresses and shorts and rompers because of my reaaalllly cold work building has made me sad. ): so, i have decided to upload pictures of the romper i bought in china last year but haven’t uploaded yet! i really like the blush color and the cute, big, white collar!

hiyeom! (:

i’ve been itching to wear my sundresses and rompers, but with my building that freezing, i haven’t really had the opportunity. sigh i could always wear tights but that seems odd to me in the summer…

anywho, here’s one of my work outfits! a simple black dress i received for my birthday a while ago that’s been spruced up with some accessories, such as this gold-plate necklace that i’d been wanting for a while now!

i’ll be uploading some of my sundress pics soon!

goodness, it’s been hot. and a large thunderstorm (that sounded more like a hurricane) ripped through here and knocked out power for not only us but a good deal of homes and buildings in this region. agh, don’t sleep upstairs when there’s no a/c guys. it’s a bad idea.

in any case, here is one of my work ensembles that i wore to my internship. i love the yellow j.crew shorts (which were only $15ish. yay sales!) because they are seriously neon in real life and i love how well it pairs with the electric blue shirt. my mother said i looked too old, haha. i do admit i look more mature in this.

im back! sorry, i started my internship so i’ve been pretty busy. but here’s an update! unfortunately, my hat blends in with the sky :\ but it’s a cream colored fedora!

i was feeling kind of playful and funky so i wanted to pair some interesting prints and got this! i thought the clash between the leopard and florals was a bit too harsh, so i added a light pink seashell belt that actually came from another dress (which i’ll be posting soon). _

it’s been a while! anywho, i realized that i hadn’t been wearing my long, pink skirt as the weather has warmed because i wasn’t sure how to style it (since i’m so dang heat intolerant). but i was feeling peppy and decided to pair it with some brights and some open-toed flats. surprisingly, this skirt was pretty cool (probably because it’s so flowy)!

hiyeom! (:

goodness it’s been rainy and cooler lately (which explains my pose, haha). at least it gives me a chance to wear my new j.crew mint sweater! it’s so loose and holey that i think i’ll be able to wear it at the beach this weekend. wahoo! i’ve been wanting something minty ever since i read and saw it was the color of spring. _ and pairing it with other pastels is just so lovely to me.

ps. i love tinkering with photo-editing but i try to tone it down for chictopia. so that’s why i included the same picture twice, hehe.

hiyeom! (:

just a quickie today. (: found this dress at forever 21 and fell in love with it. i love the mix of the lace-like body with the sheer, flowy pink sleeves. it’s so unique and feminine to me. (: unfortunately, the delicate sleeves are bad for someone who bumps into things like me… i’ve already snagged it a couple of times. -sigh-

i’ve been feeling minimal jewelry/accessories lately, so i’ve only accessorized with a belt and some thigh-highs.
